We prioritize transparency. While we cannot predict the exact total—as it depends on the cooperation of all parties—we will focus on efficiency to minimize your costs.

Like most firms, we require a $3,500 initial retainer intended to cover the work that you approve. Your final cost is dependent on the time that we spend – and is affected by how prepared you can be, how your spouse responds, and your former spouse’s lawyer. As we cannot predict any of these variables – your final fees may be less or more. However, any unused portion is returned to you.
